3. Free Quotes and Pricing
- We offer free, no-obligation quotes for all services.
- Prices are based on the type of work required, location, and complexity of the job.
- All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
- Any additional work requested after a quote has been agreed upon may be subject to extra charges.
4. Booking and Payment
- A booking is confirmed once both parties agree on the job details and schedule.
- Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept cash, bank transfer, or other agreed payment methods.
- In the event of late payments, we reserve the right to charge interest or take necessary legal action.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

- Ensure that the work area is accessible and free from obstructions before our team arrives.
- Obtain any necessary permissions from neighbours or local authorities if required.
- Keep pets and children away from the work area for safety reasons.
8. Waste Removal
- All waste is removed from the garden after service unless otherwise agreed.
- If you require logs or wood chippings to be left on-site, please inform us in advance.
9. Emergency Callouts
- We provide 24/7 emergency tree removal services for hazardous or storm-damaged trees.
- Emergency work is subject to availability and may incur additional charges due to urgency and time of service.
10. Complaints and Disputes
- If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days of job completion to allow us to resolve the issue.
- Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly will be subject to mediation or legal action in accordance with Irish law.
